Ingredients
Salad Ingredients
  • 16oz bag of coleslaw or 7 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1cup blueberries
  • 1 red bell pepper, julianned
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped into matchsticks
  • 1/4cup sliced almonds for garnish
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4cup mayonnaise I use the brand, Just Mayo
  • 2Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 2Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2Tbsp honeyI use raw local
  • 1Tbsp water
  • 1tsp sea salt
  • 1/8tsp black pepper
Instructions
Salad
  1. Add all ingredients except sliced almonds to a large bowl.
Dressing
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet and blend until combined.
Assemble Salad
  1. Pour dressing over salad and gently mix. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to mingle.
  2. Sprinkle the top of the salad with sliced almonds when ready to serve! Enjoy!
