Mexican 9- Layer Party Dip

Ingredients
  • 215 oz cans refried beans
  • 1.5cups shredded cheesedivided
  • 2 avocadossliced thinly
  • 1cup sour cream
  • 1cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1tsp ground chili powder
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp lime juice
  • 1.5 cups Salsa
  • 1cup shredded lettuce
  • 1can sliced black olives
  • 1cup freshly diced tomato
  • 1/4cup chopped green onion
Instructions
  1. Spread refried beans on bottom of 9×13 pan. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese, layer sliced avocado.
  2. Mix sour Cream, Greek yogurt, chili powder, cumin, and lime juice. Spread sour cream mixture over avocado layer.
  3. Add salsa and most of the sliced olives. Then add shredded lettuce and tomato. Sprinkle remaining ½ cup cheese, extra olives, and green onion on top. Serve with tortilla chips, carrots, and bell pepper slices.
