  1. I love the chocolate quinoa idea – I’ll try that tomorrow! Usually I have oatmeal mixed with walnuts (high in omega 3), chia seeds, flax seeds and raw sesame seeds plus coconut oil in place of dairy fats. But I like the sound of adding yogurt, so that’s another one to try. Sorry I’m late to this post, just found it in my travels and loved reading it, thanks Sammi!
