25 Clean Eating Fall Recipes

My very favorite season is fall, otherwise, known as autumn for you season sticklers. 🙂

We are blessed with all 4 seasons here in South Dakota, but fall takes the cake for me!

Its the perfect combination of cooler weather, slippers, my wedding anniversary, slippers, pumpkin everything, boots, slippers, the colorful foliage, jeggings, slippers, and comfort foods like soups and stews making their way back to our dinner table.

Did I mention slippers? ðŸ˜‰

The 25 BEST Clean Eating Fall Recipes | Autumn is my favorite season to cook healthy and easy meals. You will find delicious breakfast, dinner, lunch, dessert and snack ideas. 1. These all look great.
I will definitely try the stuffing at Thanks giving and the Kale veggie soup looks amazing too, but for a treat what is the quickest to make and still nice to serve to a small group? I am not lazy, just don’t have much time in the kitchen.

    1. Hey Kaydee! Thanks for the kind words 🙂 Definitely bake the Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes from Oatmeal with a Fork or my (no bake) Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Energy Bites for quick treats! Happy Fall!

  2. This roundup looks awesome! I can’t wait to make my way through every recipe! Thanks so much for including my pumpkin hummus… sharing on all of my social channels. 🙂

    1. I am so excited to try your hummus recipe soon! I love hummus and I love pumpkin so it will surely become a favorite 🙂 Happy Fall and thanks for sharing with your followers!

  3. Scrolling through your post, I can almost smell all the aromas associated with fall–pumpkin, cinnamon, and all the hearty flavors of stews and soups! It’s my favorite season too, partly because of the types of dishes I can finally get to cook! Thanks so much for sharing this on #shinebloghop this week!

    1. Lexi, I totally get it! But I promise my Pumpkin Donuts are SUPER DUPER healthy and skinny. I usually top mine with a little bit of coconut sugar and cinnamon and call it good. My friends love the maple cream cheese though 😉

  4. What a fantastic round-up! I am craving all things fall: pumpkin, apple pie, warm/baked/comfort foods! But most of those things are screaming at me like: CALORIESCALORIESCALORIES. Love this healthy list!!

    1. Oh I know! Fall/winter comfort food are always so heavy and calorie laden. These recipes are perfect alternatives, yet still taste ahhhhmazing!! You have to try the Pumpkin Pie Cupcakes from Lauren at Oatmeal with a Fork. They taste just like little mini pumpkin pies but super healthy. LOVE!

  5. What a great round-up, thanks for including me Sammi! Those Skinny Pumpkin Oat Bars are calling my name as well. Any excuse for chocolate, donchaknow? 🙂

    1. Lauren, the pumpkin oat bars are addicting. Fair warning! Ha! Thanks for your kind words. You know I can’t do a round up without including your recipes. They’re the bomb!!! I am currently craving your pumpkin cupcakes with TruWhip on top…can’t. stop. thinking. about. them. must. make. ASAP.!!! 😉
